Bitung, Swarakwanua.id – Kinerja Kepolisian Resort (Polres) Kota Bitung dalam menyikapi laporan masyarakat atas penggelapan, penyerobotan dan pengrusakan atas tanah oleh dua anak perusahaan PT Archi Indonesia, Tbk yakni PT MSM/TTN diapresiasi oleh Kuasa Hukum Neltje Loloh yaitu Noch Sambouw, SH, MH.
“Ada dua laporan yang saya layangkan ke Polres Bitung dan sudah hampir semua terlapor telah diperiksa oleh penyidik. Tentu kinerja Kapolres Bitung AKBP Bambang Souissa dan Kasat Reskrim AKP Marcelus Yugo Amborro patut diapresiasi yang sigap menindaklanjuti laporan masyarakat,” ujarnya.
“Saat ini juga dari para terlapor termasuk Direktur PT MSM/TTN (DS) juga telah periksa oleh penyidik Polres Kota Bitung. Akan menjadi suri tauladan yang harus dipertahankan kinerja seperti ini apalagi menyangkut hak masyarakat yang dikebiri oleh perusahaan-perusahaan,” sambungnya.
Diketahui, laporan yang dilayangkan oleh Noch Sambouw selaku Kuasa Hukum Neltje Loloh ada dua laporan yang dibuat sesuai dengan Surat Tanda Terima Laporan (STTL) nomor : STTLP/B/392/V/2023/SPKT/POLRES BITUNG/POLDA SULAWESI UTARA tentang penggelapan hak kepemilikan atas tanah dan STTLP/B/393/V/2023/SPKT/POLRES BITUNG/POLDA SULAWESI UTARA tentang penyerobotan dan pengrusakan lahan atau tanah.
“Jadi, ada 10 orang terlapor penggelapan hak kepemilikan atas tanah yakni, DO (Penerima Uang), DS (Presiden Direktur PT MSM/TTN), YP (Head External and Government Relation PT MSM/TTN), FW (Bagian Land PT MSM/TTN), FL (Bagian Land PT MSM/TTN), FT (Bagian Legal PT MSM/TTN), KN (Bagian Legal PT MSM/TTN), FK (Mantan Lurah Pinasungkulan), AP (Mantan Kepala Lingkungan Pinasungkulan) dan DR (Mantan Camat Ranowulu),” bebernya.
“Sedangkan untuk penyerobotan dan pengrusakan lahan atau tanah keenam orang tersebut adalah DS (Presiden Direktur PT MSM/TTN), YP (Head External and Government Relation PT MSM/TTN), FW (Bagian Land PT MSM/TTN), FL (Bagian Land PT MSM/TTN), FT (Bagian Legal PT MSM/TTN), KN (Bagian Legal PT MSM/TTN). Saat ini sudah hampir semua telah diperiksa oleh penyidik Polres Bitung. Mudah-mudahan akan segera dilakukan gelar perkara untuk dinaikkan ke tahap penyidikan karena bukti yang dikantongi penyidik sudah cukup,” tandasnya.(Mesakh)

Bitung, Swarakwanua.id – The performance of the Bitung City Police Resort (Polres) in responding to public reports of embezzlement, expropriation and destruction of land by two subsidiaries of PT Archi Indonesia, Tbk, namely PT MSM/TTN, was appreciated by Neltje Loloh’s attorney, Noch Sambouw, SH, MH.
“I submitted two reports to the Bitung Police and almost all of them have been examined by investigators. Of course the performance of the Head of the Bitung Police AKBP Bambang Souissa and Head of Criminal Investigation Unit AKP Marcelus Yugo Amborro should be appreciated for their swift follow up on public reports,” he said.
“Currently, the reported parties, including the Director of PT MSM/TTN (DS), have also been examined by investigators from the Bitung City Police. This will be a role model for performance like this to be maintained, especially regarding the rights of people castrated by companies,” he continued.
It is known, the reports filed by Noch Sambouw as Neltje Loloh’s Attorney, there were two reports made in accordance with the Report Receipt Letter (STTL) number: STTLP/B/392/V/2023/SPKT/POLRES BITUNG/POLDA BITUNG/POLDA UTARA SULAWESI regarding embezzlement of ownership rights to land and STTLP/B/393/V/2023/SPKT/POLRES BITUNG/POLDA SULAWESI UTARA concerning land grabbing and destruction.
“So, there were 10 people who were reported to have embezzled land ownership rights, namely, DO (Recipient of Money), DS (President Director of PT MSM/TTN), YP (Head of External and Government Relations of PT MSM/TTN), FW (Land Section of PT MSM/TTN), FL (Land Section of PT MSM/TTN), FT (Legal Section of PT MSM/TTN), KN (Legal Section of PT MSM/TTN), FK (Former Lurah Pinasungkulan), AP (Former Head of the Pinasungkulan Environment) and DR (Former Head of Ranowulu District),” he explained.
“As for land grabbing and destruction, the six people are DS (President Director of PT MSM/TTN), YP (Head of External and Government Relations of PT MSM/TTN), FW (Land Section of PT MSM/TTN), FL (Land Section of PT MSM/TTN), FT (Legal Section of PT MSM/TTN), KN (Legal Section of PT MSM/TTN). Currently, almost all of them have been investigated.
